I am a pigeon hobbyist, and by no means a vet or breeder. BUT I WANT to keep my female pigeons from the calcium collapse that comes from laying eggs.
Buy CALCIUM+ and easily pop a tablet into the hen's mouth when its egg laying week. Follow the product directions, or at least 2-3 tablets so the hen recovers. Remember it's 2 eggs a month.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. If you follow pigeon social media groups, the sad news of a dead hen from egg laying is tragic and preventable.
I recommend this product for its convenience, and my hens have no bad reaction from the dose.
Please consult with your vet and qualified bird nutrition experts on how to best feed (plus save money) your pigeons.
Do not breed pigeons if you don't have to. PLEASE USE plastic FEGGS and birth control. The hen will live longer and stay out of the vet's office.
PS. It's easy to lose count of tablets used up because of the container. So, keep count or buy 2 containers so you don't risk running out.

I have used this cream for some years and find it excellent. When I ran out recently a vet gave me other cream and antibiotics but this (and another liquid variety with Condies crystals) was easily better. I thoroughly recommend its use and its effectiveness.
